In an incomparable environment, on the same centuries-old olive farms of Identitat Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we will walk among centuries-old olive trees and discover the agri-environmental practices we carry out with organic cultivation, learning a little more about the biology of these trees so majestic and well adapted to the environment. Finally, we will finish with a tasting of the monovarietal oils we produce (Empeltre, Arbequina and Picual), we will learn to differentiate the qualities of the oil currently on the market, we will discover what health benefits olive oil provides and we will break some of the false myths that exist today about this food.

Place of production: with each one's private cars, we will travel to the El Tossal estate of Identitat Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5 minutes from the town of Horta de Sant Joan.
